Do you enjoy bluegrass, folk, jazz, and rock 'n roll music, but prefer to stay away from the large crowds that many of the area's larger festivals attract? If so, the small town of Todd in Ashe County, North Carolina might be the perfect place to visit this summer!
Downtown Todd is nestled along the picturesque New River in southwestern Ashe County. It is a short 20-minute drive from both West Jefferson and Boone, NC. The Todd Summer Concert Series features an eclectic array of talented artists with listening options for just about anyone. A full lineup and schedule for the concert series is listed below:

- Strictly Strings: Saturday, July 28th, 6:00 — 8:00 PM
- Melissa Reaves: Saturday, August 11th, 6:00 — 8:00 PM
- Lucky Strikes: Saturday, August 18th, 6:00 — 8:00 PM
All the concerts are located in the quaint Cook Memorial Park in historic downtown Todd. There are no admission fees for any of the concerts. Visitors can expect a family-friendly atmosphere and many smiling faces. If attending the July 4th King Bees concert, be sure to show up 30 minutes early to catch the Todd Liberty Parade celebrating Independence Day!
All concerts will happen rain or shine; large tents will be set up to provide shade or shelter from rain. Concert promoters recommend visitors bring a blanket or a lawn chair for comfort. Food and beverage options will be available at every concert for purchase.
