This November, the Ashe Arts Center in Westchester has several exciting music and theatrical happenings! Here’s a roundup:
Jeff Little Trio
Jeff Little is a remarkable musician, steeped in the tradition of his native Blue Ridge, yet is also a virtuosic and eclectic innovator. His early influences are blues, bluegrass, rockabilly and country music. His concerts show off his ability to slip in and out of styles with great ease and his humor and charm on stage brings audiences along for the ride. Jeff will be joined on stage by Steve Lewis, an award-winning guitar and banjo player from Todd and one of the most respected acoustic musicians in the country.

Boardwalk Quartet
Boardwalk is a barbershop quartet from Atlanta made up of four close friends, 2nd generation barber shoppers. Their repertoire of songs combines a clean harmony with folk music and eclectic instrumentation. Quartet member include tenor – Brad Hine, Lead – Mark Schlinkert, Baritone – David Calland and bass – Jared “Pookie” Carlson.

Best Christmas Pageant Ever
Laughs abound in this bestselling Christmas classic by Barbara Robinson. The Best Christmas Pageant Ever follows the outrageous shenanigans of the Herdman siblings, or “the worst kids in the history of the world.” The siblings take over the annual Christmas pageant in a hilarious yet heartwarming tale involving the Three Wise Men, a ham, scared shepherds, and six rowdy kids.
